Generator Guy LLC was founded over 25 years ago by Tom with a simple mission: provide dependable generator service with honesty, quality workmanship, and genuine care for customers. Through hard work and dedication, Tom has built a business rooted in strong values and lasting relationships within the community.
As Tom entered retirement, he proudly passed ownership to his son-in-law Brian & daughter Ashley, ensuring the company would remain in the family and continue operating with the same integrity it was built on. Together, they carry on the family tradition and commitment to exceptional service.
Today, Tom and Flossie are enjoying retirement and spending their time traveling, while Generator Guy LLC continues to operate as a family-owned business with the same values, pride and commitment that Tom established over 25 years ago.
Brian - Owner/Master Technician
Brian is the Owner and Master Technician of Generator Guy LLC, continuing the family tradition of dependable service and quality workmanship. With years of hands-on experience, Brian oversees installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring every job meets the high standards the company was built on. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way, he takes pride in keeping your generator running.
When he’s not serving customers, Brian enjoys spending his free time watching football, fishing with his sons, watching his daughter compete in horse events and appreciating the outdoors.
Ashley - Owner/Office Manager
Ashley is the Office Manager of Generator Guy LLC. She handles scheduling, answers customer calls, and manages the day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her friendly and organized approach helps ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Outside the office, Ashley loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events and enjoying family life to the fullest.
Aaron - Lead Technician
Aaron is a valued Lead Technician at Generator Guy LLC with years of hands-on experience in generator service and maintenance. A trusted longtime family friend, he is certified with both Generac & Kohler for generator repairs, bringing skill, reliability, and a commitment to every job, ensuring each customer receives top-notch service.
When he’s not on the job, Aaron enjoys spending his free time fishing and hunting.
Dillon - Maintenance Technician
Dillon, Brian’s cousin, is our dedicated Maintenance Technician, focusing on annual generator maintenance to keep every system running smoothly. Known for his careful, detail-oriented work, Dillon ensures our customers’ equipment is always in top shape.
In his free time, he enjoys working out, working on his car, and taking his dog Homer on walks.
