All of our technicians are Generac & Kohler certified. During each maintenance visit, we complete a comprehensive inspection following manufacturer-recommended guidelines by checking all major components, replacing scheduled maintenance items, testing generator operation, and identify any potential issues.
Recurring Annual Maintenance
Generator Guy LLC doesn’t want you to miss out on the benefits of annual generator maintenance. You won’t have to remember when your next service is due. With recurring annual maintenance, our system automatically schedules your generator service around the same time each year. You’ll receive a text and/or email approximately one month in advance with the scheduled date and time.
25-Hour Break-in Service (Generac Only)
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, Generac generators require a 25-hour break-in service after initial operation. Our technicians perform this important maintenance to keep your generator running reliably.
This service includes; Complete oil change, replace oil filter, lash valve inspection & adjustment if needed.
This service is only required if your generator reaches 25 hours of run time prior to its first annual maintenance visit. Completing this break-in service helps maintain proper engine performance and supports the long-term reliability of your generator.
Online Monitoring
Online monitoring keeps our team connected to your generator beyond annual visits. You’ll be able to strengthen the generator’s health and longevity with ongoing visibility into your generator’s performance throughout the year.
